Sample Letter to potential sponsor from your AMSA chapter


Note: Before sending any letter to a potential sponsor, make sure you have included
a flyer, draft of the program, clear budget with highlighted donation request, and
recognition of other supporters. Deliver the request in person, if possible, but at
least speak with a manager or director prior to formally submitting this request via
fax, e-mail or mail.


Instructions:

      region, and re-read the final draft before delivering the request.
