The changes made are as follows: 1. On page 6 (¶ 3(d)(1)), a footnote is added to clarify that the parties are not proposing to preempt Commission rules governing the treatment of equipment as CPE. 2. On page 39 (¶ 30), a typographical error is corrected. 3. On pages 43 and 46 (¶¶ 35(a) and 37(c)), a typographical error is corrected to conform the language to the proposal as described to the Commission’s staff. Today’s filing incorporates the April 14 revisions, as well as, the errata filed on April 17 and April 28. For convenience, both clean and black-lined versions of the April 14 filing that incorporate these changes are attached.
