RETIREMENT ‘LETTER OF APPRECIATION’ FROM THE WHITE HOUSE
It is possible to request a Letter of Appreciation from the White House for retiring civilian employees and military personnel who have 30 or more years combined service and are U.S. Citizens. Two sample formats for the request are attached, one for civilian employees (first example) and one for military personnel (second example).
