Know When to Fire Your Boss - Symptoms
Your time is dictated by a work schedule.

You are feeling frustrated having to report to work by a certain time every day, usually 8:00am
for most people, which means you have to get up out of bed between 4:00am and 6:00am,
depending how long it takes for you to get ready and how far you have to drive to get to work.
Every morning when your alarm goes off you curse the world by saying, "Oh S--t, or F--k!" When
you get to work, you are running to clock in or just show your face to show you are there never
admitting you need to get up earlier to get to work on time. While you are at work, you
constantly watch the time device on your arm, on the wall, or on your computer and curse
because the day is going by too slow. When the lunch hour hits, you are so excited that you get
to eat, socialize, or get on the computer and curse because the lunch time went by so fast. Also,
feeling the excitement and catching that second wind when you leave from work and get home
only to find your free time go by so fast and it is already time to go to bed to get rest for the
next day. By Tuesday or Wednesday, you curse because the week is not going by quickly
enough to get to the weekend. When the weekend arrives and ends you ask yourself "where
did the weekend go?!" And the frustration starts all over again.

Your time is not worth the pay.

You are feeling frustrated because you feel that you deserve more pay than what you are
getting paid. You constantly hint to the boss for a raise or promotion and are blown off. You
only get a raise once a year depending on your performance which is only about a 3% raise
which equates to about 40 or 50 cent raise. How pathetic!! Your paycheck is gone before your
payday or it is gone by the second day after payday so you can't enjoy other things for yourself
or your family. You now owe money to payday loans or constantly paying off your pawn loan to
get your personal items back until next time. How frustrating is that?!!

You are not allowed to take time off when you want or when you
need to.
You are feeling frustrated because you are not allowed to take time off from work to attend to
family matters, go to a doctor’s appointment, go on vacation, attend your kids special events at
school or their sporting events. When you are allowed to take time off, you are frustrated
because you find out from your boss that you took too much time off during your yearly
evaluation and you acquired a "needs improvement." You are too sick to come to work because
you are either puking (from both ends), coughing your lungs out, lost your voice, need a
respirator because you can't breathe because of a cold, burning up from fever and no one
believes you when you finally make it back to work and you wish they could get just as sick so
they know how it feels. And that one person in your department is always taking time off or
coming in late and gets promoted or gets a raise. How frustrating is that?!!
I have shared with you the top 3 reasons (from my research) why people fired their boss and
have taken action by starting their own home business and are making what they are worth,
are in control of their time, and can do what they want when they want.
