I am a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia and am associated with the law firm Rees Broome, PC, counsel for Plaintiff Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences (“Plaintiff”). 2. I submit this affidavit pursuant to the Court’s Order To Publish Notice of Action Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d)(2)(A)(ii)(II)(bb), dated June 18, 2007 (the “Order”). The Court ordered Plaintiff to publish a copy of the Order in The Washington Post once within 14 days after entry of the Order. The Court also ordered that an affidavit be filed on Plaintiff’s behalf no later than 20 days after entry of the Order, describing the steps taken to comply with the Order. 3. The Order was published in The Washington Post on June 22, 2007. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a true and correct copy of The Washington Post Classified Advertising Proof of Publication, showing that a copy of the Order ran in The Washington Post on June 22, 2007.
