HB75         EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE (HAGAN, R)
       To require certain employers in this state who do not provide a specified amount of
       health care coverage to their employees to make contributions to a fund to be used to
       supplement this state's share of Medicaid costs.

HB98        DIABETES HEALTH CARE COVERAGE (SCHNEIDER, M)
       To require certain health care policies, contracts, agreements, and plans to provide
       benefits for equipment, supplies, and medication for the diagnosis, treatment, and
       management of diabetes and for diabetes self-management education.

SB4         MEDICAID BUY-IN (STIVERS, S)
       To establish the Medicaid Buy-In for Workers with Disabilities Program, and a Medicaid
       program for individuals who exhaust benefits under a qualified long-term care insurance
       policy.

SB5        PASSPORT PROGRAM (CAREY, JR., J)
       To revise the law governing the PASSPORT, Assisted Living Medicaid waiver, and
       Residential State Supplement programs and to allow for the transfer of funds for the
       operation of the programs.

       To formally state the intention of the General Assembly to deliberate on how to improve
