ZP02 - Invoice and Goods Receipt Report
During this lesson you will learn how to access the IR/GR Report (ZP02). Use this report to identify invoice receipts for which goods receipts have not been posted. If you have received the goods that are listed on the report, you should immediately post your goods receipts.
Activity: Accessing the IR/GR Report (ZP02)
1 Open the User menu folder, HISD User folder, and the Accounts Payable folder. Then double-click on ZP02-IR/GR Report.

4. Double-click on ZP02-IR/GR Report.

The IR and GR Report for Blocked Documents screen will be displayed. You must make an entry on this screen. In the example below, the plant number has been entered. You may enter information into other fields as necessary to generate an appropriate report. Schools enter their plant number and Departments enter their cost center (e.g., 704*). Click on the execute all of your information. icon after entering
2. Click on the execute icon.
1. During training enter the plant number that you have been using.
During training use the plant number in Table #3 – Invoice and Goods Receipt Exercise (MIGO).
3 The report will be displayed. Use the vertical and horizontal scroll bars as necessary to view the report. You can also print the report.
Double-click on the highlighted P.O. Number to advance to MIGO and process a goods receipt.

Inside Stuff Schools should always enter the plant number when running the ZP02 report. Departments, however, should enter the cost center plus an asterisk (e.g., 704*).
