By signing this contract below, client hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by Vladas Limousine. There will be absolutely no refund of deposits received toward this contract. Should the event occur where Vladas Limousine not be able to fulfill its end of the contact, a time credit for time purchased will be issued to the client named on the contract. Client hereby authorizes Vladas Limousine to charge the above credit card a minimum of $250.00 and up to the full amount of any damage in the event that damage is done to the vehicle or other property of Vladas Limousine by the client or guests of the client during the time that client has the vehicle contracted. Discharge of any uncontained bodily fluid by client or guest of client within any vehicle operated by Vladas LImousine will result in a charge to the above credit card of a minimum of $250.00 and up to the full amount of any cleanup to the vehicle or other property of Vladas Limousine THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, OR UNDERAGE (21) ALCOHOLIC COMSUMPTION IN ANY VEHICLE OPERATED BY Vladas Limousinee. Driver reserves the right to terminate the run at any time he/she sees fit should said driver feel in any way threatened or that any of the terms agreed to in this contract have been violated. This immediate termination is without refund and without guarantee or remuneration of any sort. Driver also reserves the right to NOTIFY ANY AUTHORITY of all illegal activity being carried out within any vehicle operated by Vladas Limousine, or within sight of the driver. Client is hereby notified that the driver is an independent contractor and is not an employee of Vladas Limousine. Client hereby agrees to hold Vladas Limousine harmless for any actions by the driver that would be detrimental to client or guests of client. Client is responsible for all fees, tolls, or excess charges such as “PARKING” , “BRIDGE TOLLS”, etc. necessary to continue the run. Client agrees to hold Vladas Limousine harmless in the event of inclement weather or traffic conditions that may result in tardiness for a scheduled event. Client hereby waives any and all claims against Vladas Limousine, any agent, servant, or employee, for injury, loss or damage, including consequential damages to client or guest’s of client’s person or property from whatever cause, and however occurring unless the same shall be caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of Vladas Limousine, its agents, servants or employees. Vladas Limousine reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value should the contracted vehicle be unfit to perform the function.
