									                      POMONA-PITZER TEAM CAMP RULES
The following rules are set down in exact terms so that all campers and their parents are aware of the type
of camp we are endeavoring to run. After reading and signing the camp rules, please return this page to
your coach along with your Individual Player Application.

1.     There will be no need for cars during the week of camp. If you wish to drive to camp, you must
       check your keys in with the camp directors when you register.

2.     Students will not need to go to town for anything during the time camp is in session. Students will
       not be permitted to leave the Pomona College Campus unless accompanied by his coach.

3.     Students will be required to attend all sessions of athletic instruction, supervised recreation, and all
       meetings.

4.     All campers will wear appropriate clothing and footwear to all meals and meetings.

5.     Students will be in their own rooms at 11:00 p.m. each evening, and lights will be out at 11:30 p.m.

6.     Rooms will be kept orderly and will be inspected periodically. Participants will be responsible for
       emptying their own trash and for general maintenance.

7.     If you wish, valuables should be checked in with the camp directors. You will not need to bring a
       great deal of money with you -- enough for personal needs or extra t-shirts.

8.     Unauthorized visitors will not be permitted during the time camp is in session.

9.     Horseplay of any type will not be permitted. This is an ATHLETIC camp with the best of coaches,
       instructional program, and equipment.

10.    Gambling, the use of tobacco, drugs or alcoholic beverages, and profanity and obscene language will
       NOT BE TOLERATED.

11.    Parents will be responsible to pay for any damage incurred by their son. The Housing Service
       Coordinator will conduct a pre and post inspection of rooms.

      DO THE KIND OF THINGS THAT WOULD MAKE YOUR FAMILY, YOUR COACHES, AND
                YOUR TEAMMATES PROUD TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH YOU!!

Campers are admitted to the Pomona-Pitzer Team Camp only upon the expressed condition that they shall begin and
remain until the end of the session, unless suspended or dismissed for misconduct or breach of discipline. The parent
or guardian agrees that in the event of such suspension or dismissal, or in case of voluntary withdrawal, no part of
the fee for tuition shall be refunded or remitted, and any unpaid balance on account of such fees shall become
immediately due and payable to Dignan Sports, Inc. as liquidations damages. With a full understanding that if my
son (ward) is accepted, this application becomes an agreement between the Pomona-Pitzer Team Camp and the
undersigned, and furthermore, that this agreement and my son (ward) are subject to the terms and conditions as set
forth in the rules and regulations for the government of the camp now in force and subsequently adopted and
announced by the authorities, I hereby make application for the admissions of my son (ward) as a camper at the
Pomona-Pitzer Team Camp as designated above.
