Please note that any special conditions of employment, such as a statement of funding availability or an ending date of employment for temporary or visiting positions must be noted in the annual letter. Sample statements of special conditions are: 1. Statement of funding availability for positions paid from soft funding (external funded projects): Continued employment is contingent upon the availability of funding. 2.
