This guide will lead you through the new layout of your Purolator invoice. Purolator’s new invoice design provides you with shipping and billing information in a way that is clear and concise. To find more information about the changes to your invoice, see your Purolator USA Client Relationship Representative. • The new invoice is better organized, so you can find the information you need more easily. • It’s designed to give different readers the level of detail they need, from a high level summary (on page one) to detailed information about each package within each shipment. • We’ve used plain language and visually enhanced the presentation of information on our invoices. The layout and typography are cleaner and easier to follow, making the document easier to use and understand. • Key information, such as what to do if you have questions about your invoice, is clearly highlighted and consistently placed, so that you don’t have to search for it.
The first page of your invoice is designed to give you a clear overview of your charges and other key information about your account: The total amount due on the invoice and the due date are clear and easy to find. A summary of the shipments made on your account has been broken out to provide greater detail including a subtotal for taxes, if applicable. We have designed the payment stub to be clearer and easier to use, detailing what you owe, when it is due, and the different ways to pay your invoice. Each page features the key information about your invoice, always located in the top right corner.

All shipments are sorted clearly by the date on which the shipment was sent. The shipment identification number is the same as your waybill number. Your invoice shows both a “Declared Weight” and a “Billed Weight.” “Billed Weight” is used to calculate your total charges. Services and other charges are listed beneath the respective shipment. Our service names have changed to be more intuitive and easier to understand.
