GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
We are officially starting to support the “Box Tops for Education” program, as well as the “Labels for Education” here at TMS. Just turn in all of your labels to the collection bins around school, or to Miss St Pierre’s class, room #104. Please send these this week. This quarter’s earnings must be turned in by Thursday, Feb. 26. Thank you for your support. Please support our Special Education Department: Krispy Kreme fundraiser on March2 – March 11. Donuts will be sold during lunch on the stage at $5 a dozen, or gift cards for a dozen to be sold at $5. The donuts and gift cards will be delivered on Friday, March 13 to students and teachers in their 8th period classes. Wednesday, Feb. 25, our soccer team plays Riverchase at Pelham High School. Kickoff is at 6:00. Make plans to come support your Warriors! ASD will be held on Thursday, Feb. 26 from 3:15 to 5:15 in Ms. Dillon’s room #112. Students, please do not arrive for ASD until 3:15. THS Band is sponsoring a Java & Jazz for Saturday, March 7 from 7:00 to 9:00pm. This will be held at TMS cafeteria. The cost will be $10 per person. Come and enjoy the gourmet desserts, coffee, silent auction, and live jazz music featuring the THS Southern Nights Jazz Band. Tickets must be purchased in advance by calling 3588238 or 475-4145. Doors will open at 6:30pm for the auction preview. All proceeds will benefit the THS Band Program. Saturday school will be held on Feb. 28 from 8:00am till noon. Parents, please park in the back by the lunchroom, and walk the students in to sign them in. All students that are going to the TSA State conference, their $25 is due by Feb. 25. Student council will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 7:15 in T703. The 6th grade math team will not meet on Tuesday afternoon. You will meet on Thursday morning.
