ANNOUNCEMENT: The Rustin Rugby Club will be selling DISCOUNTED tickets for
Arasapha Farm’s “Triple Knight of Horror” on Monday and Wednesday mornings in the
month of October. The tickets are $20. The tickets are good for ANY DAY!!!Tickets
may also be purchased from Ms. McGinnis in Room A309 before or after school.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Anyone interested in participating in this year’s Fall Rugby Camp
on November 5th, 7th, and 8th MUST have their paperwork and physicals into Ms.
McGinnis by October 31st.

ATTENTION ALL GIFTED STUDENTS:
Mr. Lowe needs you to drop off candy for the Craft Fair Raffle Basket. He is in Room
A109 before school and during Periods 6, 7, and 8. Everything needs to be in his room
by the end of the week of October 27-31! He thanks you profusely.

Attention Wrestlers! This is a reminder that your weight certification will take place this
Tuesday, October 28th in the Rustin nurse’s starting at 6:00. Also, a meeting will be held
during homeroom in the café on Thursday, October 30th. You must be there – check into
homeroom first.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Knights in Community Service is sponsoring the Annual Food
and Teddy Bear Drive. We collect money and food for Safe Harbor, a homeless shelter
in West Chester and new Teddy Bears are collected for children who are in extended
hospital care in the Philadelphia area. New this year, we will also be collecting pajamas
for children from newborn to age 17 in foster care or orphanages in the New York area
and baby supplies for the Chester County Maternal Health Care Consortium.

As is our tradition, the Drive will be kicked off this year with a Halloween costume day
on Friday Oct. 31. Students who bring in a minimum $1 donation OR any of the items on
the list for the drive will receive a sticker for their passbook entitling them to dress in a
Halloween costume on Friday Oct. 31. Costumes must be appropriate for school and no
masks or eye coverings are permitted. In addition, donations earn points for each
homeroom and the home room with the most points will earn a breakfast during the week
of Nov. 17.

Finally, the Exton Mall is offering Rustin an opportunity to have students collect
donations for the Pajama Program on Saturday November 15. If students or faculty are
interested in participating in the mall event, all contributions you collect will be counted
towards your homeroom’s final score. All volunteers for the mall event must contact Mr.
Reyna spaces are limited.

Attention: Freshmen Field Hockey Players
ANNOUNCEMENT: Uniforms need to be handed in by this Friday 10/31 to Coach T in
Room A301 during homeroom this week. Please turn in both jersey’s, and your kilt in a
bag with your name on it. ALL UNIFORMS ARE NEED TO BE HANDED IN BY
THIS FRIDAY!!!

ATTENTION: Members of Knights in Community Service
ANNOUNCEMENT: All members are asked to sign up to collect food, teddy bears and
pajamas from homerooms beginning Friday . The lists are posted outside Room B-311.
Please stop by and sign-up today.


All DECA and FBLA members are reminded that money and forms for the Entertainment
Book Sale are due on Wednesday, Oct. 29.

ATTENTION: Swimmers and Divers ANNOUNCEMENT:
Be sure to order your team suit by next Friday, October 31st. If you do not order your suit,
you will not receive before the start of the season! Check-out our team website for more
details on how to order your team suit.

ATTENTION: All Students
ANNOUNCEMENT: Knights in Community Service is raising funds for the Annual
Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF. Proceeds from this UNICEF campaign are used to aid
children around the world by providing clean drinking water, food and medicines to
children who are without these basic essentials of life. Beginning Wednesday Oct. 29,
volunteers will be in each of the lunch period collecting change and will have boxes if
you would like to collect change on Halloween.
