Florida Restrictions for Jumbo Loans
Purpose This communication announces lending restrictions for Jumbo loans in the state of Florida. New restrictions are effective for all FHA loans locked/relocked on/after 10/16/08.

The following restrictions for Florida will be added to all Jumbo Products: Two-Unit properties are no longer eligible for sale to MSI. All attached single-unit properties, including patio homes, PUD’s, Town Homes, etc. are restricted to 80.00% LTV/CLTV or the product maximum LTV/CLTV, whichever is less.
Jumbo Quick Reference Product Sheet
The Jumbo Quick Reference Product Sheet currently posted on the MSI Resource page has been updated to reflect these revisions and will be posted on 10/16/08.
