Elijio Salon and Spa Inc. has been serving Santa Monica and its surrounding neighborhood since
1986, from its original location at 5th and Broadway in Santa Monica, California. In 1992, owner
Marco Elijio, a 20-year leading veteran in the industry, had an idea about relocating to The Water
Garden. He says, “The Water Garden is a lovely oasis in the center of Santa Monica where a hair and
body care salon is a great addition to a lovely office building environment. Clients may conveniently
walk down the hall or simply catch an elevator and get professional beauty services just a step away
from their offices.”
Elijio Salon specializes in all phases of hair care including styling, highlighting, coloring,
reconstructive treatments, permanent hair flattening and more. Elijio Salon offers many helpful
suggestions in maintaining hairstyle and color as well as general tips for healthy hair. Just ask Alla
Sobol, a 15-year veteran in hair color, she knows all the tricks of the trade and can make fabulous recommendations for a new you. The
skilled stylists see that before you leave the salon, your individual hairstyle is distinct and appealing to your liking. The staff at Elijio
Salon provides services that satisfy clients and keep them coming back.
Elijio Salon and Spa has expanded and is now a full-service facility located in Suite 1015 in the 26th Street North Tower (across from
the old location). The new facility provides luxurious and relaxing services such as: full body massages, sea-salt scrubs, facials,
aromatherapy, pedicures, manicures, full-body waxing, facial waxing, permanent hair removal, skincare including glycolic acid peels, and
anti-acne treatments, all very reasonably priced. Full make-up and body care lessons are available using Elijio’s own complete line of
cosmetics and full body care-products. Also introducing “a state of the art” new service, Bonnie Dirks, a 17-year veteran in permanent
make-up application, specializes in Intradermal Pigmentation, medically proven and specifically designed to be completely safe.
Intradermal Pigmentation is used for a variety of permanent cosmetic enhancements such as permanent eyebrows, eyeliner and lip
liner/color. Other permanent cosmetic procedures include vitiligo, stretchmark and scar camouflage, areole restoration, hairline
enhancement and more. Elijio Salon invites you to stop by and visit today.

Lost and Found
Due to the abundance of lost and found items at The Water Garden, Security has found a need to implement a new policy.
Please report all lost and found property to any Water Garden Security Officer at any building lobby console. Lost property
reported will be documented in a Lost and Found Log kept at the Olympic console. Every logged entry provides a description
of the lost property, location it was thought lost and a name and contact number. Found property is checked against the Lost
and Found Log and stored in the Security Director's Office for 90 days. If found property matches the description of the lost
property, security will contact the owner as soon as possible. If found property does not match any lost property entry, it is
entered in the Log by date and location found. Again all property will only be held for 90 days. Thank you for your attention
in this matter. If you have any questions or requests, please call William Stennis, Director of Security at 310-309-3314.
Access Cards
The Water Garden has an effective Security Access System in place, which includes card
readers that communicate with individually programmed Building Access Cards for
building and elevator access. Everyone's individual efforts to ensure the effectiveness of the
program are greatly appreciated. Please ensure that Building Access Cards are deactivated
in a timely manner when employees leave a company. Doing so may prevent former
employees from gaining access to the floor after normal building hours, and may decrease
your company's liability in the event access is gained illegitimately.
Request forms to add, change or delete Building Access Cards and additional information
can be accessed on the project’s website (www.wg-la.com) by your Office Administrator.
