NJROTC Leadership Awards. There are 16 Navy Junior
ROTC Units in the Hampton Roads area. The Chapter
presents a $100 Leadership Award to a cadet in each unit
whose leadership in the NJROTC Unit, involvement in the
school and community activities, and superior academic
performance are worthy of recognition. The sole criteria
for the award is the nomination of the Senior Military
Instructor at the NJROTC Unit. The Chapter coordinates
the nomination process and the schedule for presentation
of awards with the NJROTC District Five Manager.
