MOTION TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE Pursuant to S.D. Ind. Local Rule 83.5(c), the undersigned moves the Court for admission pro hac vice of Richard L. Stone and David R. Singer of the law firm of Hogan & Hartson LLP for the purpose of appearing as counsel on behalf of defendants MySpace, Inc., Fox Interactive Media, Inc., and DIRECTV, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) in the above-styled cause only. In support of this motion, the undersigned states: 1. Neither Mr. Stone nor Mr. Singer are currently under suspension or subject to
other disciplinary action with respect to the practice of law. 4. Mr. Stone and Mr. Singer will act as co-counsel with the law firm of Bose
McKinney & Evans, LLP, and specifically Craig E. Pinkus and Paul D. Vink, who have already appeared for the Defendants. 5. Pursuant to S.D.Ind.L.R. 83.5(c), a check in the amount of Sixty Dollars ($60.00)
has been presented in payment of the administrative fees required to process this motion for admission pro hac vice. 6.
