Absentee ballot Announcement
For immediate Release 3-2-2004
Absentee ballot will be given only to those who request it in person, and prior to election. The quantity of absentee ballots allowed will be limited to the adult paid membership of the requesting person. Absentee ballots will not be distributed on behalf of other community members (you cannot pick up for someone else). Absentee ballots can be dropped in one of the two boxes on the Masjid wall or can be sent to my home address:
The absentee ballots received after 3/12/04 at the said address will be invalid. Election Committee is not responsible for delay in mail delivery service or any other irregularity that may cause the delay. The absentee ballots will be available from Saeed Shaikh on Friday after Jumu'ah salat. Jazakum Allahu Khair. Saeed Shaikh
