1. Release History - provides the history of new releases of the BCM Feature Comparison List. This
document tracks which release of Business Communications Manager delivers or supports specific
features.
2. The BCM Feature Comparison provides a list of features under various categories. Each worksheet
tab identifies the category of features covered on that worksheet. For example, within the "Call Pilot Suite"
worksheet the features for the Voice Messaging, Unified Messaging, Call Center and IVR applications can
be found, along with Auto Attendant, CCR and FAX server.
3. Click on the Tab at the bottom of the workbook to select the category within which you want to look for
features. Alternatively, click on the hyperlink URL located in the "Title & Contents" worksheet.
4. Each worksheet has been formatted to allow it to be printed. To print any individual worksheet, click on
the tab to display that worksheet and click the print icon on the Excel toolbar or select FILE/PRINT. To print
the entire workbook (all worksheets) click on FILE/PRINT and select "Entire Workbook" and click OK.
