Changes to projects already listed should only be made to the master sheet (they will
automatically be updated to other sheets on which they are listed).
New provision should be added to the bottom of the list. (Rows should not be deleted or

Reviewing Existing and New Provision

Provision is continually changing and the spreadsheet will need to be regularly checked and
updated (initially monthly then after 6 months quarterly).
With Convergence funding available, a number of new projects are currently in the process of
securing funding and should be added once approved.

Advice, training and opportunities assisting in identifying
barriers to employment and providing support to overcome
them and work towards getting a job. Pathways to Work
provides support from highly skilled personal advisers from the Jobcentre Plus through A4E
public, private and voluntary sectors who will ensure that the contract and sub

to get back to work, including one to one work-focused
interviews, rehabilitation support, better off in work

time work of at least 16hrs per week.

Advice, training and opportunities assisting in identifying barriers to
employment and providing support to overcome them and work
towards getting a job. Pathways to Work provides support from highly

A programme designed to get beneficiaries out of their homes and
into a group activity. Provides socialising and networking              CSYM
opportunities as well as the health benefits associated with walking.


Individually prepared, work focused programme to enable people
with disabilities to address the barriers associated with their disability
and prepare to enter the workplace. The programme includes
occupational decision making, job finding behaviours and job
keeping behaviours. Clients referred under the General Learning            Agoriad Cyf through
Disabilities programme will be provided with extra support through a contract
Vocational Assessment, a Personal Development Programme & work
placement. Clients referred under the Mental Health Difficulties
Programme will be provided with extra support through a Personal
Development Programme, work placement & specialist support.
