1. Exec Comm to approve Partnership Agreement process, template, and measurement system.
2. Task force teams to be determined by EC supervisor and approved by Pres.
3. Plans to be compiled by task force with mutual agreement on objectives, survey
   questions and weights.
4. EC supervisor to submit drafts to Pres for feedback prior to presentation to EC
5. EC supervisor presents to EC and refines based on feedback.
6. Key initiatives to be included in budget.




Key Rules
1. Planning presentations will include:
  a. Business Plan -- See Strategic Management System template (one page max.)
  b. Division Action Plan for Year -- using existing format we have used in the past (one page max.)
  c. Signed Partnership Agreement & Questionnaire (one page max.)
  d. Listing of people to be surveyed w/ names and titles.

2. Task force members should fairly represent a broad group of product lines, i.e.. They can't all be bankers unless
   that is the only product line supported by the function.

3. Task force members should include the division manager and supervising EC member, along with no more than
   four or five other members, i.e.. Total membership cannot exceed 7 people.

4. The internal customer survey will be sent to a broad group of customers representative of all regions and
   products supported, i.e. a broader group than those on the task force. Suggest 15 to 20 people surveyed.

5. The internal customer survey will consist of no more than 10 to 12 qualitative questions, graded between 1 and 10
   with 10 being strategically best practices and 5 being best practices of basic expectations.

6. Survey questions must include at least 5 strategically oriented questions, i.e.. Questions that address continual
   process improvement programs, initiatives or objectives.
