BOCA RATON, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. (“ClearLite”) (OTCBB: CLRH),
a leading innovator of eco-friendly lighting and the appreciably safer ArmorLite® CFL, today announced that it has
partnered with Food Marketing Group ("FMG") for logistics and distribution for ClearLite’s line of eco-friendly
lighting products.

FMG, a nationwide logistics partner, will be distributing ClearLite’s products, including the ArmorLite product line to
grocery and drug wholesalers and retailers nationwide. The Company expects to place ArmorLite CFLs on shelves
in the first grocery chain as early as next month.
