Lab Write Up: Title
1) Objective: May be a statement or a question regarding the purpose of the lab activity.
2) Data/Observations: (see attached) This information should be your
observations/drawings/measurements from your class investigation. This information
should not be typed, but should be clearly written and easily read. Details are important.
3) Analysis/Questions This is where you should answer all the questions I list at the end
of each lab procedure or on the board at the end of lab. Any graphs or charts you have
been asked to draw should be listed in this section. You may also list questions this lab
may have inspired you to ask!
4) Conclusion/Discussion This is where you should discuss/explain how the
objective/question was achieved/answered. How would you change your experiment to
better answer your question? What part of the procedure might have been a source for
experimental error? Do you have additional questions that your experiment didn’t
