   No qualified individual with a disability in

The Age Discrimination Act of 1975


 No person in the US shall, on the basis of
 age, be excluded from participation, in be
 denied the benefits of, or be subjected to
 discrimination under any program or
 activity receiving Federal financial
 assistance.

MULTIETHNIC PLACEMENT ACT
 as Amended by Section 1808
   No public children services agency,
    private child placing agency or
    private non-custodial agency shall
    deny any person the opportunity to
    become an adoptive parent on the
    basis of race, color or national
    origin of that person, or the child
    involved; nor delay or deny the
    placement of a child for adoption
    on the basis or race, color or
    national origin of the adoptive
    parent or parents, or of the child
    involved.

         Title IX of the Education
          Amendments of 1972
Title IX prohibits discrimination
on the basis of sex in
educational programs and
activities that receive or
benefit from Federal
assistance. A provider may
not exclude, deny or provide
different or lesser services to
         beneficiaries
applicants or
on the basis or sex.

       Food Stamp Act of 1964
   Prohibits Discrimination against any
    household by reason of race, religious
    creed, national origin, or political beliefs
    prohibited in the certification of applicant
    households.

  requested.
