An Open House dedicated to parent-teacher conferences will be

							                                            March 4, 2010


Dear Parents/Guardians:

       An Open House dedicated to parent-teacher conferences will be conducted on
Thursday, March 11, 2010, (if there is a snow day, March 18, 2010) from 6:00 to 8:00
p.m. in the high school gymnasium. In order to allow for greater flexibility for parents to
meet with as many teachers as possible the following represents the format for the evening:

       1. There are no appointments necessary. Parents will be able to meet with teachers
          for a few minutes on a “first come” basis.
       2. The entire Open House will be conducted in the gymnasium with all professional
          staff located at a table with a nameplate. In addition, a program will be provided
          to you as you enter the gymnasium.
       3. Report cards were distributed to all students on February 12, 2010. You may
          wish to discuss progress with your son/daughter’s teachers.
       4. The 3rd marking period ends March 31, 2010, with the next report card to be
          issued on April 16, 2010.
       5. Counselors and administrators will also be available at designated tables for
          conferences.
       6. A representative from the Career Institute of Technology will be available.
       7. If you cannot attend this program, please make a telephone call to the High
          School Guidance Office (610-863-1293, Ext. 4207) to arrange a conference(s).
