Job profile
• Application of beauty techniques, advising the client in the area of beauty treatments, presenting and
  supplying products, beauty treatment instruments and appliances. Administration, management and
  promotion of a beauty salon.

Formative activities

1. Client care
 Correct client care.
 Preparing the client and providing appropriate clothing for the type of treatment to be applied.
2. Keeping the appointments log
 Organising the appointments log in line with the salon’s schedule and client demand.
3. Recording information
 Recording client data, in the format established by the salon.
 Control and organisation of the storeroom in line with the company criteria and safety and hygiene
 regulations for storage of cosmetic products.

4. Mechanical depilation and decolouring techniques for body hair
 Selection and preparation of the necessary instruments, accessories and appliances.
 Supervised detection of the anatomopathological characteristics of hair and skin.
 Carrying out and evaluating sensitivity tests.
 Applying mechanical depilation and decolouring techniques for body hair.
5. Make-up techniques
 Collaborating in personalised make-up design.
 Collaborating in developing and applying personalised make-up.
6. Specific hand and foot treatments, manicure and pedicure
 Carrying out specific hand and foot treatments and also manicure and pedicure techniques.
 Hand and foot massages.
7. Facial skin cleansing treatments
 Removing make-up from the client’s face.
 Preparation of cosmetic products, instruments and accessories for cleansing treatments.
