Over the last eight years that NARAL has released a pro-choice scorecard
McCain has received a 0 percent rating (in his time in office, Obama has
received a 100 percent rating)? His campaign website says he believes Roe
  v. Wade "must be overturned"? He has vowed that, as president, he will be
"a loyal and unswerving friend of the right to life movement"?
John McCain has voted against contraception for over twenty years every
time it came up -- now he tells us he doesn't even care or know enough to
  explain why.

Williams while running unsuccessfully against Ann Richards for governor in
Texas was overheard comparing rape to the weather: "As long as it's
inevitable, you might as well lie back and enjoy it."
His second wife Cindy not only illegally used drugs but walked away from
criminal charges. The McCains have worked to turn Cindy McCain's addiction
into a political asset--despite the fact that she stole the drugs from a charity
she directed and used them while mothering four young children. Mrs.
McCain used her status as a charity director and senator's wife to cajole the

In case you missed McCain's position on Health Care: Government
healthcare is good enough to pay his hospital bills -- with your "taxes" to
quote him -- but it is not good enough for the rest of us -- oh and by the

guy who enjoys lounging at 8 different houses on his wife's inherited dime,

John McCain returned to Jacksonville, Florida in 1973 after more than five
years as a prisoner of war to find that his wife Carol was a different person.
Carol McCain, once a model, had been badly injured in a car wreck in 1969.
Her injuries left her 4 inches shorter and on crutches, and she gained a good
deal of weight. During McCain’s absence, she had stayed faithful to their
marriage waiting his return while taking care of their children. But John
McCain started cheating on her almost immediately and was running around
with a lot of different women until he met Cindy Hensley, an attractive 25-
year-old woman from a wealthy Arizona family. McCain courted and married
Cindy in May 1980 -- a month after his divorce became final. Some of
McCain’s acquaintances aren’t forgiving. They portray the politician as a self-
centered womanizer who effectively abandoned his crippled wife to ‘play the
field’. They accuse him of finally settling on Cindy, a former rodeo beauty
queen, for financial reasons and to aid his political ambitions. Ross Perot,
who paid Carol’s medical bills all those years ago, now believes that both
Carol McCain and the American people have been taken in by a man who is
unusually slick and cruel – even by the standards of modern politics. and,
McCain obtained an Arizona marriage license on March 6, 1980, while
still legally married to his first wife.
