“The Chart of Six”
QUESTION 1:
Please continue recounting your total experience with the
number “444,” your allegedly possible connection to a higher power. What else happened that you consider significant evidence of a preternatural link? ANSWER 1: Because of the “444” sightings, in 1986 I began searching
for the meaning of this number. I went to the library and looked up books on numerology to see if that could turn up any clues. Never before had I been interested in numerology, or used it for any purpose. Although “numbers” are very important entities in our universe, I never thought they could have some “hidden” meaning or purpose. In my opinion, the way numerologists use the standard numerology chart cannot be helpful to anyone looking for guidance. They take your name, add all of the numbers corresponding to each of the letters of your name, and then reduce the final figure to one digit. With that number, they proceed to describe your personality traits, since there is a personality profile assigned to each number between one and nine. Let me illustrate:

For “Joseph”: J = 1 O = 6 S = 1 E = 5 P = 7 H = 8, and adding all those
gives us (1+6+1+5+7+8 = 28), and (2+8 = 10), and (1+0 = 1), so “Joseph” is reduced to the number 1. Applying the chart to my last name, “Marchante” yields number 2. Therefore, I am (1+2 = 3). From this number, number 3, the numerologist believes he can tell what some of my personality traits are. Since I believe different personalities can have names that yield number 3, I do not see how anybody including so-called expert numerologists can claim to know what I am about based on that one number. Besides, before I became an American citizen my first name was “José Luis,” and my full name was “José Luis Marchante” or “José Luis Marchante Rey” on formal occasions. Using them would give me a different reduced number and supposedly a different personality, would it not? How many factors go into making me the person that I am? There must be many, but numerologists usually stick with names and dates of birth as far as I know. Those are it. Nothing else becomes part of the equation. Therefore, I do not believe numerology serves a good purpose except for encouraging people to acquire those positive character traits listed under their personality profile. When that happens, credit the positive results to the powers of belief and determination, not to the analytical capacity of numerology.

ERCIAN TESTAMENT Although my research into numerology did not shed any light into the meaning of the number “444,” it prepped my mind to consider the relationship between letters or language and numbers. We communicate through both. If it is true that in the beginning was The Word, as the Bible says, I figured it was also possible that in the beginning was The Number (or Numbers). Q 2: Get to the point. What was it that made it more likely for the number 444
to be a sign from God-Conscious? A 2: The big breakthrough came on November 13, 1988, more than three years
after I had written my first manuscript and received the first “444” sign. I went to a bookstore called “The Bookstop,” located at 7710 North Kendall Drive in Miami. There I bought three books. One of them had the information I needed to connect the number “444” to something otherworldly. The title of that book is “The Phoenix Returns,” with the subtitles “Aquarious Dawns,” and “Liberation Begins.” The author of the book is Kristina Gale-Kumar and Cardinal Enterprises, P.O. Box 1363, Hilo, Hawaii 96721 is the publisher. The copyright’s year is 1983 and the ISBN number is 0-9611204-0-1. I am giving all that information here should anyone want to obtain the book for reference. I still have the ticket showing the date I bought the book. By the way, the ticket shows the name of the clerk or sales associate who took care of me that day: his name was “Adam.” I thought that was interesting. Anyway, I bought that book for two reasons. First, it had a beautiful colorful cover showing an angel with a rainbow above. Then, as I was browsing through the book, I stumbled on and locked into page 357. There, the author talked about number “666,” the

ETH-COM----FIFTEENTH SESSION: The Chart of Six number of the Beast, and offered some interpretations as to what that number could mean. Her interpretive tool was the English alphabet. She assigned numerical values to each letter starting with the number “6” for letter “A” and then increasing each subsequent letter by “6.” The letter “B” came out to “12,” the letter “C” yielded “18,” and so forth until reaching a value of “156” with the letter “Z,” the last letter of the English language. Then, applying that formula to the word “computer,” the author told the reader it came out to “666.” She also mentioned that the word “Lateinos” meaning “Latin man” sums up to the number 666 when a translation of that word to ancient Greek is used. I could not confirm that, because I am not familiar with ancient Greek or have any idea how she applied the English language chart to that word. If I recall correctly the author did not give any other examples or entries in addition to the two listed here. She did not develop the idea further by applying the formula to other words. If she did, she kept it to herself and did not publish the results of her work in that one book. I, on the other hand, was like a little child who had found a new toy, and I could not wait to get home to play with it. In all my reading (and I have done tons of it through the years) I had never come across anything like this formula. Assigning numbers to the letters of the alphabet with “6” as the featured number was something different from the standard numerology chart. It was also different in that it gave a particular number value to each letter instead of having two or three letters share the same value between one and nine. When I got home, I put the formula on a piece of paper. That formula is what I have since named “The Chart of Six,” and I illustrate it here so you can do your own calculations as I continue relating my experience on that fateful day.

The first entry I applied the formula of The Chart of Six to was the name of “Jesus.” Lo and behold, it added up to “444.” The effect on my body was immediate, as if a subtle charge of electrical current had passed through it. I got goose bumps. I knew I had made the connection. My mind then took a one hundred and eighty degree turn and I chose as the second entry the name of “Lucifer.” That too came out to “444.” Right away, I knew that this could not be a coincidence. I was in. I had found something special, something kept hidden from humans since the inception of our civilization. This was the beginning of what turned out to be about four years of research calculating numerical values for all kinds of entries: words or phrases used in religious terminology and in everyday life, names of some religiously significant people and places, and even my own personal data. Yes, even my own personal data. Placing all false attempts to appear modest aside, I confess that I was very curious regarding the part I played in all this. If you had had my experiences, would you not be? My mind was full of questions, questions, and more questions: “Why me?” “Who am I?” or “Who was I” “Am I an officer or just a soldier in God’s Army?” (It does not matter to me, as long as I am part of God’s Family) “Who made the Chart?” “What is the purpose

ETH-COM----FIFTEENTH SESSION: The Chart of Six of the Chart?” “Does the Chart reveal the true identity of the Devil (if the Devil is real), or point toward those who are committed to evil on this Earth?” “What is my mission, if any?” Here are some more questions: Is God-Conscious a mathematician? If GodConscious is more than one entity, are our Creators mathematicians? Is our world computerized? Are our lives pre-programmed? Is there free will, or did this all happen before and we are we now running, as it were, a videotape of events that already occurred based on decisions we made before, perhaps on a pre-creation environment? Did whoever make the Chart have prior knowledge of major historical figures like Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, and Buddha, for example, or prior knowledge of major historical events? Was there prior knowledge of the languages humankind would be using at different points in our history? If the answer is yes, could our Creator or Creators have exploited the relationship between language and numbers to codify a sign such as the number 444, a sign that would be revealed to a marked man in God’s time, in God’s spring season? Am I that marked man? Q 3: A 3: Have you reached any definite conclusions? I have only reached one definite conclusion, that the number “444” and
“The Chart of Six” are a genuine connection to something bigger, greater, and beyond our intelligence or imagination, something I hope constitutes the foundation of our world, God-Conscious. Any other conclusions beyond that would amount to unjustified and dangerous speculation. Let me try to explain some of my reasons for thinking that way. First, I would like you to refer back to Chapter 20, Eth-Com----Thirteenth Session, question and answer number seven where I avow my pledge of allegiance

ERCIAN TESTAMENT against evil and where I present the possibility that the traditional view of “the Devil” could be mistaken. As I explain there, an entity may bear the title “the Devil” because he or she is evil and, of course, people of good will should oppose that kind of “bad” devil. On the other hand, an entity may bear the title “the Devil” because he or she is more powerful, intelligent, and skillful than his or her evil enemies. He or she Lords over all evil creatures, powers, and principalities. That kind of devil would be a “good” devil, and all people of good will should support him or her. Through religious lore, whom do we know that fits that last description? The answer is “God,” I believe. Furthermore, keep in mind that when referring to “God” or “the Devil” we may not be dealing with just one person or one entity. In special circumstances, those titles could be given or apply to an aggregate of beings, a lawful, well-organized and coordinated assembly, or a disorganized assortment of individuals each following their own free will. Knowing this, what conclusion was I supposed to reach when I calculated the numerical value for the entry “God, the Devil,” and it came out to number “666.”? Is the Chart warning us about a “bad” devil or introducing us to God, a “good” Devil? I know it will be very difficult for many religious believers to think of the possibility that “the Devil” could be a conscientious enforcer of the Law rather than an evil being, but that possibility exists. As a philosopher and a logical thinker, I am looking for the truth whether it is for or against tradition. None of us has met the alleged “Devil,” have we? How do we know then if that entity really exists and, if so, whether it is for or against us?

calculating the first few entries? Did it occur to you that the Chart could be the creation of that traditionally known “bad” devil instead of one of God’s tools to communicate with the world? Were you not afraid that the “bad” devil could possess your soul or that you could somehow fall under his influence? A 4: I will briefly answer those three questions in the order you asked them,
and then I will expand on my line of thinking. The first answer is no, I was not and I am not afraid that the Chart of Six could be a “bad” connection as you call it. The second answer is yes, it occurred to me that the Chart could be the creation of an “evil” devil. The third answer is no, I was not and I am not afraid of the “bad” devil possessing my soul, or of falling under his evil influence. I do not think souls can be “possessed,” and if somebody falls under an evil influence, we should point the finger at his or her own stupidity and character weaknesses, rather than at a nonexistent absolute power supposedly held by the evil companion or source. One reason I believe the Chart comes from a good God Conscious and not from an “evil” devil is that it was the answer to my prayers. After the “444” sightings, the Chart was the find that satiated my thirst for God, the discovery that marked the apex of a long uphill journey searching for my creator. All along, I was trying to find God, not trying to find the “bad” devil. If God-Conscious exists, Ert had to know I was looking for Him or Her. Therefore, I cannot believe the good Father or Mother of my faith would let an evil being parade as God or answer prayers and yearnings directed to that Good Source.

ERCIAN TESTAMENT As a good thinker, however, I have to consider all possibilities as improbable as I may judge them to be. What if a good God Conscious does not exist and an evil devil is in charge of creation? My answer is so what, how does that change my stance? My stance is the same. I oppose evil. At the same time, I confess it would make the triumph of good over evil a lot tougher for me and for all the good souls that exist. As a Cuban-American living in exile, I have already been through a similar situation in my country of birth. Although Fidel Castro may not be “the Devil” (I said, “may not,” but I cannot be sure), he definitely is an egotistical evil man. I will always oppose him, all the zombies and lackeys that bow to him and do his dirty work, and all the mindless romantics and cretins that (hard to believe) still hold this dictator in high esteem. They even have the gall to call him “President,” although he has never held that office through fair and democratic elections. Learn the truth, please. Talk in depth with those who knew the real Cuba before Castro, and talk to those who have suffered imprisonment, torture, or death since he came into power. That is right. Visit the cemeteries. Talk to all of them before you swallow the fodder put out by Castro’s propaganda machine. While you are at it, if you are one of those people who wear Ernesto “Che” Guevara t-shirts, or if you keep a poster or picture of him hanging on the wall, talk to God or the Saints before you decide he was a Robin Hood. Please! Here is another possibility: What if a good God Conscious exists but He or She did not hear my prayers or was too busy with more pressing problems? If that is so, then I will fight evil on my own until God comes to my aid. Yes, but what if God never comes to my aid or, worst of all, what if I learn that God does not care about me?

ETH-COM----FIFTEENTH SESSION: The Chart of Six Because I have faith in a good and caring God, I doubt this last possibility is true; but if I am wrong and it is true, of course, I will be very disappointed. I will just have to wait until I meet God personally somewhere. That venue will be my battleground as I talk to Ert about the power and rewards of love, the highest of human emotions. Conversions are always possible, even in the case of a God that may not love His or Her children. Q 5: Besides “Jesus” and “Lucifer,” are there any other entries adding up to
“444,” with religious significance or otherwise, that you consider worthy of mention? A 5: I will give you a few:
“Joshua” and “Y’shua” are both “444.” If I am not mistaken, some people used or use those names to refer to Jesus. All the following entries are also “444”:“Jewish,” “Messiah,” “Cross,” “Gospel,” “Preacher,” “Satan’s” (as if “belonging to”), “Son God” or “Godson.” Before I continue, let me issue a word of warning against dangerous speculation. The fact that many different kinds of entries may amount to “444” or any other number in the Chart, means that there cannot possibly be a correlation among all of them. Under each Chart number, one can select different themes and then choose the entries that may belong to each of those themes or groups. Some entries may be outsiders that never seem to belong to any particular theme, or one has not yet found the other entries that will combine with an outsider to create a theme. What is certain here is that each person can select entries for particular themes or groups as he or she wishes. It is our selection and grouping of entries that will allow us to interpret the Chart of Six one way or another. In other words, there is an element of subjectivity in working the Chart. For example, one could make a case for or against any

ERCIAN TESTAMENT religion or any person by selecting and grouping entries according to one’s beliefs or biases. Therefore, it is difficult to determine if the Chart intends to relay particular messages or information to us, or if the correlations we are making are only a product of our own mindsets. Consequently, the rule that I have followed and the advice I give to you is to check the world. By that, I mean that you have to observe what is happening in the planet and who is doing what to whom, so that you can judge who is good or evil and who is doing right or wrong. Moreover, you have to search your soul and analyze your way of thinking to make sure you are not one of the wolves impersonating a sheep. If checking the real world confirms what you have interpreted in the virtual landscape of the Chart through good reasoning, may God bless you, but if the real world denies your interpretation, you need to go back to the drawing board and do some more thinking. Make important life decisions based on the power of reason God gave you, not based on any Chart or divining instrument. Here is one example that illustrates how one can manipulate the Chart of Six according to one’s way of thinking. I will use “evil god” or “evil God,” another “444” entry as my point of departure. If I were anti-Christian, I could select that entry and group it with the entries “Jesus,” “Lucifer,” “Satan’s,” “Godson,” “Son god.” Then, I could interpret that group or theme as the Chart saying that Jesus is actually Lucifer, because he is the only man in our history portrayed as God Himself. Whether that portrayal was the product of his own demeanor, or of people’s interpretations of his teachings or of the miracle stories, the fact remains Christianity is the only religion that believes God came to Earth in human form.

ETH-COM----FIFTEENTH SESSION: The Chart of Six If that tirade is too baseless for people to believe, then I could change it to, “Okay, he was not Lucifer himself, but he was Satan’s Godson or a son of Satan, not a son of God.” If I were anti-Jewish, I could group “evil god” or “evil God” with entries such as “Jewish,” “Old book,” “Bible Head God” or “Bible Godhead,” “menorah,” and other 444 Jewish-religion-related entries I may find, and then interpret that group or theme as the Chart of Six saying that Jehovah is an evil god or God. Finally, if I were anti-Islamic, I could group “evil god” or “evil God” with other 444 entries such as “Muhammad,” (Yes, another important religious figure whose name adds up to “444”), “Lucifer,” “The Arabs,” “I.D., Code Allah” or “C.I.A. code Allah,” “God Allah, Alá,” and “El Diablo Alá,” the Spanish translation of the phrase “the Devil, Allah.” Then, I could conclude that the Chart is saying Allah is not God but “the Devil.” This is another statement without foundation, the same as the biased Jesus interpretation, or the one concocted about Judaism. If you think the Chart is giving you a message such as these, what you should do is check the world. By doing that, you could arrive at a more reasonable conclusion. For instance, you could rightfully conclude that people who do evil in the name of their religion or God are giving that God a bad reputation. For example, the God of Christianity could gain an evil god reputation because of the excesses of the Crusaders and the Spanish Inquisition. Not the Jewish people as a whole, but those Jewish individuals (long ago dead) who campaigned for the crucifixion of Jesus: they gave Jehovah a bad name. They had no moral right to silence Jesus that way. Muslims who become terrorists: they give Allah a bad name, a bad reputation. They make Allah the Devil when He is not. I see Allah as an All-Merciful God, not an evil one.

ERCIAN TESTAMENT I give Jehovah and Allah the same respect I give Ellael. The names are different but God-Conscious is One. Therefore, if Ellael is a good and loving God according to my faith, then Jehovah is a good and loving God according to my faith, and Allah is a good and loving God, according to my faith. Q 6: If, as you say, people can group and interpret Chart of Six entries any
which way they choose, what is the value of the Chart? How could it be an objective measure of what is true and real? How could it be of benefit to us? A 6: For me, and because of my 444 experiences before I found the Chart, I can
justify my belief that something exists beyond this world, and that life is not without ultimate meaning. The revelation of the Chart is one of the greatest gifts God could have given me. To me, it is the main value or benefit of the Chart. That alone would be sufficient. In addition, however, there is the possibility that the Chart may contain knowledge in code, knowledge encrypted there by God-Conscious. If so, the Chart could be of tremendous benefit to the human race. The Chart becomes an objective measure of what is true and real when we check the world and confirm a logical relation among entries that fall in the same number. Note that by “checking the world,” we could be confirming what some people believe or what we all know or believe. For example, the correlation between the entries “Jesus” and “Messiah” under “444” would be a confirmation that Christians believe Jesus was the Messiah. Since others disagree, we cannot confirm it as something we all know or believe.

ETH-COM----FIFTEENTH SESSION: The Chart of Six In the case of the entries “Mother” and “Nature” falling under Chart number 474, we are confirming what we all know or believe, unless you are somebody who has never heard of the expression “Mother Nature.” Let me use Chart number 114 as an example of when “checking the world” yields objective results. The entries “Adam,” “DNA,” “egg,” and “idea,” fall under that number. Is it not too much of a coincidence that the Bible’s name for the first man has the same number as the initials of the biological instructions that tell a female’s egg how to make a human being? There is also the similarity in meaning and function between an “egg” and an “idea.” An idea produces offspring: other ideas. Inventions allow us to remake our world and create inorganic objects and organic entities (the cloning of animals for example), things or beings that did not exist before somebody came up with those ideas. Going a step further, I can take my Chart research to a higher level. I can combine the entries “Adam” and “DNA” to arrive at the phrase “Adam’s DNA.” After I work the numbers, I see that “Adam’s DNA” yields number 342 in the Chart. When I look at those entries I have already filed under 342, I find one word I can logically group with the phrase “Adam’s DNA.” That word is “human.” In this one case, the Chart is an objective tool of truth and reality. The Chart confirms what our civilization has already taught us. The other side of that coin is that by using (or misusing) language, one can arrive at many entries in each Chart number that are resistant to logical grouping, entries that, on first view at least, cannot be combined with any other entries in a way that makes sense. I see that as a blessing, not as a problem. In my opinion, it means that the Chart cannot be the answer to everything.

ERCIAN TESTAMENT If the Chart told us every thing we needed to know, life would lose its mystery, and we would lose our zest for adventure. Nothing would remain “occult” which, by the way, is another 444 entry. Let us not get too “otherworldly” with the Chart either. I know. I am guilty of it. We want to know as much as we can about “the other side,” and the entries we choose reflect that desire. The thing we have to remember is that if the Chart is to benefit humankind, then the emphasis should be on things we can do on Earth to bring progress. For example, the Chart of Six can be beneficial for those who need to improve their mathematical skills. Calculating the numerical values of words is good practice, especially when you do the figuring in your head rather than on a calculator. The Chart can also be beneficial as a play tool, for entertainment purposes in times of leisure. There are myriad ways one could play with the Chart. For example, instead of paying big dollars on a psychic line, you could use your personal data and interests to see if the Chart reveals something you did not realize before, options you never considered. However, I repeat the warning I issued before. Make important life decisions based on your own good thinking. Do not do something you believe the Chart is telling you, unless you (and perhaps others you trust) feel is the right move for you. You are in charge of your life, and you are responsible for your decisions and actions. Not the Chart, you are. Finally, the Chart can also be beneficial as a work tool, especially in certain fields. For example, I know that business executives sometimes engage in brainstorm sessions when trying to solve a problem or improve performance. They voice as many ideas and options as they can imagine, regardless of how fantastic or wild they may be.

ETH-COM----FIFTEENTH SESSION: The Chart of Six After noting all those ideas and options, logical analysis and historical experience take over. The free discussion and praise or criticism of particular ideas or options leads to decisions where only the fittest survive. If the Chart is a valuable objective tool of discovery, this will become verifiable in the fields of science. People doing research can use the terminology or jargon of their fields to find correlations of entries within particular numbers that point to ideas they did not consider before. They could then work out revised theories and conduct experiments to see if they have made a new discovery. Few things could make me happier (and God happy, I am sure), if the Chart allows doctors, scientists, and researchers in general to improve the human condition. Advancement of the race here on Earth as well as out in space, supposing we can make great inroads into that kind of knowledge. I would be great. Just imagine. Say good-bye to cancer and some other diseases. Say hello to a better life and, especially, to our good God who makes it all possible.
