					                                 Cerebral Palsy
ensuring you do the best for your client
Thursday 12 June 2008, Browns Courtrooms, London

Following the great demand for places at the previous Cerebral Palsy conference in
Manchester in October 2007, we are updating the programme and bringing the event to
London. Quantification of claims when acting for those profoundly brain damaged has
become increasingly challenging. Testimony to this is the amount of litigation that has
resulted, ranging from indexation claims to arguments concerning the cost of care and life
                                  expectancy.

The conference will discuss and analyse the areas currently under the spotlight so that
lawyers are aware of the challenges required to best represent their clients.

                                                                       Conference Programme
