Combined Bachelor of Science(Kinesiology)/Bachelor of Education Program
All students in the Combined Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology)/Bachelor of Education
Program have two teaching areas: Teaching Area I is in the area of physical education.
The options for Teaching Area II are listed below. The required classes for each
Teaching Area are listed on our website:

The general information file applies to all the teaching areas. For Teaching Area II,
you require 6 Junior (100-level) credit units and 12 Senior (200-level or higher) credit
units, and must have a G.P.A. of 60% in your TA II.
Apply to the College of Education by February 15th of Year 3 of the program (or min 95
cu). All course requirements must be complete by June 30th of the year you apply.
Admission is competitive. The student’s cumulative average (80%) and an interview
(20%) will be considered in determining eligibility.
Once you have selected your Teaching Area II, please make an appointment with an
Education Academic Advisor (966-7654) to update your program form.
