Demand Signal
• Chairman‟s guidance to “expand jointness to all appropriate levels” (Quote below)
“Our overarching goal is to educate and train the right person for the right task at the right time…We cannot wait until an individual is placed into a leadership position…[senior enlisted] from all Services work in the joint environment more often than they have before. • EPMEP Enlisted Military Education Continuum also requires E-8s and E-9s to expand their knowledge of operational level of warfighting

Purpose
Integration of selected Senior Enlisted leaders into a residence course that will provide hands-on exposure to the joint operational level planning process.

How – Candidate Selection
• Identification of at least 5 E-8s or E-9s • Nominated and funded by Service or Combatant Command • Functional area specialists consistent with JPGs
– (comm; intel; log; ops; etc.)
• Assigned or en route to appropriate joint command • Bachelors degree qualified (accredited university) & SEJPME Course and Joint Transition Course completed
