The PowerPoint slides assignment is designed to help you finish your PowerPoint slides
well before you present. Your PowerPoint slides are a tool to arrange your thoughts in a
logical manner and a guide to help your audience through your presentation. Effective
PowerPoint skills are extremely useful and will help you present information for this
class and well beyond high school.
The use of PowerPoint slides does not change the fact that YOU are presenting. A
meaningful presentation made by a confident presenter is much more important than
ornate PowerPoint slides. The Initial PowerPoint assignment is designed to get your
slides out of the way so that you can spend the majority of your time practicing your
presentation.

Requirements of the assignment:
-Minimum of 12 content PowerPoint slides (title pages do not count & anything
less than 8 slides will not be graded)
-Slides printed out as "Handouts" from the Print screen with six slides per
    page
    -Works cited and consulted slides
-Provide comments with each slide (outline of speech)
