“ To Have and To Hold”
DAY-OF WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE SERVICE AGREEMENT This agreement made on by and between Proud To Plan, located at 1619 West Willow Run Drive, Wilmington, DE and , residing at for the following wedding date . The client has chosen the “To Have and To Hold” package as set forth in the following description. For said services, the client agrees to pay $750 (excluding any upgrade options or additional fees); Proud To Plan agrees to provide the following services as described:
Confirmation of Vendors to confirm services at least one week prior to wedding day Wedding Day Timeline (indicates all timing and flow of day) Personal Assistant to the Bride Instructing attendants of their duties, seating instructions for ushers Assist wedding party, family members, and guests as needed on wedding day Keeping in touch with the bridal party to know there whereabouts at all times and to keep them on schedule We will arrive at least one hour or more prior to the ceremony Supervision of ceremony and reception setup to ensure a smooth and stress-free day Contact for flower delivery, pin corsages and boutonnieres on, remove moisture from bouquets and distribute to bridal party. Alleviate last minute problems and stresses, emergency kit on hand for unexpected mishaps. If there are site coordinators, we will gladly work in conjunction with them to ensure a successful event Work with sound operator, vocalists, musicians, etc. on cues Organize wedding party for Ceremony procession, recession, and receiving line

Start attendants and bride down aisle and fluff dress Assist Photographer in rounding up friends/family members for pictures Set-up of unity candle, guest book/pen, place cards, special pictures, table cameras, cake table, favors, transport altar flowers/pew bows to reception if needed after pictures (a extra fee may apply and let us know in advance so we can make arrangements with our staff to handle this) Distribution of farewell items (tossing items, sparklers) and coordination of formal sendoff. Be certain the tables are organized the way you designated with the correct number of chairs, favors, etc. before you and your guests arrive at the wedding reception Assist guests with seating cards by finding their table/seat at the reception. Assist DJ/Band with timing and Grand Entrance, and assist members of bridal party in assembling for dances. Coordination of Events at Reception (dining, first dance, toast, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss) Behind-the-scenes items at reception such as; making sure food does not run out/liaison to kitchen and banquet manager, to serve the needs of the bride and her family, supervise wedding and reception to make sure it is smooth. Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards Distribute final payments to vendors Our presence during your reception to be an on-site troubleshooter, making certain everything runs smoothly and as scheduled. If you’re worrying about the management of the day you won't be having a good time. Let us handle the stress! We’ll be your eyes and ears throughout the day so you can relax and enjoy the great memories. Display gifts, wrap top layer of wedding cake, wash and pack the toasting flutes, cake and knife server at end of night. Coordination of the collection of gifts at reception and organize where all of your wedding presents/cards will be transported Pack up all items belonging to you at the end of the night for delivery to appropriate parties
This service gives you peace of mind for your special day and costs $750. The package includes: up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage, unlimited e-mails and phone calls and 2 in-person meetings with client to discuss and finalize plans. In addition, the package includes 5 additional hours of service, to be used by your discretion. These extra hours can be used for, but are not limited to, the following, and are subject to availability of Proud To Plan staff:
Additional pre-planning meetings, vendor meetings or venue site visits (travel fees may apply) Hotel or Site Deliveries before the wedding (travel fees may apply) Coordination of Rehearsal

Coordination of Rehearsal Dinner (room setup, gift delivery, etc) Extra time on the wedding day (assistance the morning of the wedding, errands, etc. travel fees may apply) Ceremony or Reception decorating (beyond the basic decor) Bridal suite decorating (decorations must be supplied in advance & travel fees may apply) Take possession of bridal bouquet at end of the night and delivery of bouquet to preservationist the morning after the wedding (must be arranged in advance & travel fees may apply) Take possession of leftover items (liquor, gifts, décor) for delivery the morning after the wedding (must be arranged in advance & travel fees may apply)
We will ask you to complete a questionnaire pertaining to all of your plans, vendors, attendants and much more so that we have a snapshot of the day. Feel free to ask about anything that is on your mind relating to etiquette, budgeting, tipping, planning, etc. and we will give you advice and recommendations, free of charge. Any additional hours of service that you may require will be billed at $50.00 an hour. This includes any extra time you use over your 15 hour allotment. If the reception runs late, for example, you will be billed after the wedding for those extra hours and payment is due, in full, within 30 days. To reserve the above dates, a NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee in the amount of $375 shall be remitted with this agreement (made payable by check, cashier’s check, or money order to “Erin Wren-Proud” or via PayPal payment at erin@proudtoplan.com (includes $10 surcharge if using PayPal). The remaining balance of $375, accepted in the above mentioned payment methods, is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. If balance is not received two weeks before the wedding date, then the time and date reservations are cancelled and may be booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. If the client needs to make partial payments, they may do so as long as payment in full is received two weeks prior to the wedding date. Reservations made with less than 21 days or less remaining before a reserved date, payment in full is required. There is a $45 return check fee on all returned checks. Payments not made within 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% interest rate, per month, per remaining balance. Payments not made after 100 days will be subject to court filing. TRAVEL AND EXPENSES: Any travel of over 20 miles or more than 30 minutes (one way) from our address shall be charged at 75 cents per mile (round trip). Mileage and/or travel time are determined by using Mapquest.com. All toll expenses are also the responsibility of the client. Additional travel expenses may include a one- or two-night hotel stay, if the rehearsal and/or wedding are more than 100 miles away. These details MUST be discussed prior to signing of contract. (Hotel accommodations are required for any of the following conditions: a) If the wedding is before 11 a.m. and 5
more than 100 miles away for the night before the wedding; b) If reception ends after 9:30 p.m. and more than 100 miles away for the night after the wedding; c) If the wedding is more than 100 miles and service is requested for rehearsal the night before the wedding.) All travel expenses should be included in the total cost and need to be paid prior to the wedding date. Proud To Plan will not be liable for acts beyond its control or caused by the negligence of a third party, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, vendor strike, bankruptcy or insolvency, or the negligence of any contracted vendor. Proud To Plan will not be liable for the failure of a vendor to act in accordance with the terms of its Contract with Client and Proud To Plan will not hold harmless or indemnify any vendor for any such failure, negligence or breach of contract. Proud To Plan will, to the best of their ability, carry out correspondence with vendors, confirming services at least one week before and up until and on the day of the event Proud To Plan will, to the best of their ability, carefully make sure that contracted vendors meet the requirements of their contractual obligations with the Client, but Proud To Plan cannot guarantee the services of a third party contractor or vendor. In the event that a vendor fails to show on the date of the event, Proud To Plan will attempt to replace the vendor at the Client’s cost, Proud To Plan will further oversee the services of all vendors to on the date of the event to ensure the vendor is meeting its contractual obligations. Since weather can not be guaranteed, Proud To Plan will make every effort to ensure that alternative plans and/or sites are available for use at the venue chosen due to possible inclement weather. This of course, will depend on the site chosen by the Client for the event and the materials available at the chosen venue. DATE CHANGES: In the event the wedding couple is forced to change the date of the wedding every effort will be made by Proud To Plan to support the new date, however it cannot be guaranteed. In the event that Proud To Plan cannot accommodate the new date, all payments made to date are nonrefundable and all outstanding obligations for all parties are null and void. The wedding couple agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses, including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable, are the sole responsibility of the couple. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth above. The wedding couple further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that Proud To Plan is not responsible for these compromises in quality. CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a cancellation all payments made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any similar agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties. Any additional services 6
contracted by Proud To Plan (stationery, rentals, etc) will stand alone under a separate contract and will not effect the other contract in any way. AMENDMENT: This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited. WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement. APPLICABLE LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of DE.
