Understanding Managing Personal Injury Claims day course Overview Reforms

Understanding & Managing Personal Injury Claims 1 day course Overview Reforms to the way civil litigation claims are managed combined with the introduction of advertising and “no win, no fee” legal advice has changed the way organisations should deal with potential claims. This course has been developed by practitioners in health & safety and ergonomics. It is also offered by the British Safety Council as part of their portfolio of courses. The course will provide delegates with a practitioner led view of understanding and managing Personal Injury (PI) claims. As a result of attending the course, delegates will have been exposed to the latest thinking on the links between risk management and PI claims, as well as the role of medical management and rehabilitation in the claims process. Successful management of PI claims is about building top-down/bottom-up systems, which include predictive and post hoc risk assessments. Organisations who manage claim efficiently understand the importance of audit trails and the costs and benefits of implementing a proactive/reactive PI management system.
