• Getting Ready or Preparing

• 6-week work readiness training
  programme in selected technical
  and soft skills required for CA
  environment
3. Thusanani

• Tshivenda phrase Help Each Other
• 400 unemployed Black graduates in batches
  of 100, over 2 years
• Work readiness, employability and soft skills
• Encompassing the critical skills areas in the
  sector
• Provide comprehensive mentor (learner
  support) programme
