Publishing Email Forms
Forms developed by Agencies shall be published in Public Folders under their respective Cabinet/Agency. We suggest that the agency set up a subfolder entitled “Agency” Forms. Agencies can control access to these forms through properties and permissions. Once a Form has been published in the respective Public Folder and a user has accessed the Form, a pointer in the form drop down box is established and will remain there for easy access to the Form.
In the drop down box select Public Folders and then select browse. Find your agency or Cabinet and select the appropriate subfolder that you have designated to store your Form.
Once you have selected the agency subfolder where you wish to store your Forms, type a name in to identify the form and select Publish. Once you do this a pointer is established in Forms that remains there. The next time you open Tools/Forms you will see your form in the drop down list.
Forms that are accessible through the Organizational Forms are to be used only for tools necessary for administering the Exchange network. GOT controls the use and utilization of this folder. Agencies are responsible for the content, development and maintenance of their Forms. GOT Enterprise Messaging Services does not provide support for Forms.
