The FFY’07 Congressional District Report provides a productivity overview of Vocational Rehabilitation Services
provided to people with disabilities by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC). This report is broken
out by Congressional District and the MRC Area Offices that are included in each Congressional District. This
report highlights the number of applications MRC has received for services and the number of consumers eligible
for services. The total consumer wage or earnings improvement is identified to highlight the improvement of
consumer’s standard of living after successful placement into an employment opportunity as a result of receiving
MRC services. Also included is the consumer’s average hourly wage and the average number of hours per week
