"I have the great benefit of growing up as the third generation in real estate, and coming home to the west
coast of Florida that I have enjoyed with my family since I was a child. My grandfather was a builder in
the 30s and 40s and my parents had their own brokerage that I was a part of for many years in the
Chicago area. I recall spending at least one month each winter on Anna Maria Island and in the Sarasota
area with my grandparents and parents as the gulf coast became my second home.
