*Application must be renewed each academic year.

Each student member of an AIBL Chapter must complete a membership application. This
application must be renewed each academic year. A new membership application should be
turned in to the National AIBL office if any changes such as address, phone number, email, etc.
have occurred.

                      Please make several copies of AIBL forms for future use.
