Anne Collins: Sure everybody wants to be number one, but not
when it comes to these statistics.

Officer Schipelliti: Car crashes are the number one cause of teen
deaths.

Anne Collins: But by obeying the new Junior Operator Law, you
have the power to change that.

(The screen fades into various motor vehicle operation movie
segments.)

Officer Schipelliti: Always wear your seat belt and obey speed
limits stay focused on the road and never drive aggressively.

(The screen fades back to Anne Collins and Officer Schipelliti
standing in front of cheerleaders.)

Anne Collins: Saving teen lives is something we can all cheer
about.
