♦
Please refer to both the Guidelines and the Application Kit information (if provided) to assist you with completing your form. Contact your regional Sport and Recreation office to discuss your project. Advisors will be able to assist you with determining if your project is eligible. Complete all of the details for your organisation, as this will ensure that your applications forms are processed. When completing any questions where you select a box, please only select the appropriate box(es). Do not include any additional information for these questions, as additional information will not be considered when your application is assessed. Only attach documents that are requested. Any attachments not directly related to those requested will not be considered. Ensure that you complete all tables in full and only provide information asked. Additional information will not be considered if not requested. When asked to provide monetary figures, all costs and contributions should be GST Exclusive unless requested. When answering questions requesting details of your project, ensure that responses are concise, directly related to the question being asked and detail only qualitative and quantitative information. Information that is not directly related to the question being asked will not be considered when your application is assessed. Responses should directly relate to the three criteria of all Sport and Recreation Programs, being Need for the Project/Project Outcomes, Compliance with Program Priorities, and Your organisation’s Ability to Deliver. Program Guidelines provide more detailed information on these criteria. If you have any questions about any Sport and Recreation Programs, please call 1300 656 191 to speak with an Advisor.
