Avoid the fire-house approach, build the relationship by asking questions: Family, occupation; recreation, health, then message: Would you like to know more about________? Try______? Basic Qualifying Question (BQQ): If I could show you a way to get relief from ________, would you like to learn more? The Power of the Word YOU: “Do you want to know how to get some? They say no: “Let me know if you can change your mind.” Show folks their options (starter kits or ordering options): “Which one works better (or best) for you?” Introducing the business: “Do you want to know how to get your products for free?” After they enroll: “You are part of the family, welcome!” with a big hug Replace: Customer with Down-line with Sign up with Client team member or associate or family! Become a member of Young Living
Replace: “I would be happy to show you the oils” “answer your questions” etc You are welcome to call with questions or problems anytime. Would you like to learn more about the oils?
