        CR Part 154 A-2 & A-2a; A-3: Data Reports of LEP/ELL students served

           o No issues found.

 CR Part 154 A-3.1: Long - Term LEPs (LTEs).

           o No issues found.

 CR Part 154 (A-5): School Teachers and Support Personnel Appropriately
             Certified.

o The A-5 report has not bee submitted. Determination cannot be made.

 CR Part 154 (A-7): Request for Extension of Services and Interventions.

o Based on the review of CR Part 154 data from your school, your school did not submit a “Request for Extension
of Services” (CR Part 154 A-7). Schools must request an extension of services for LEP/ELL students after the
third year in the LEP/ELL program and for up to six years in order to generate State LEP Aid under CR Part 154.
Although after 6 years in the program LEP/ELLs do not generate State LEP Aid under CR Part 154, they must
continue to receive appropriate ESL/bilingual education services until they reach the “Proficient” level on the
NYSESLAT. LEP/ELLs continue to generate Title III funds until they reach the proficient level on the NYSESLAT,
regardless of the number of years of services provided by an ESL/bilingual program. Please provide an
explanation for the lack of CR Part 154 A-7 from your school.

        o
       NYCDOE Language Allocation Plan.

o The school did not submit a current copy of the 2009-2010 LAP.
