									                                           Delaware FY-2009 EQIP Eligible Conservation Practices:                                   May 4, 2009
EQIP contracts may not exceed a total of $300,000 of financial assistance for all payments through FY2014.
Contracts will have a minimum length of one year after the last practice is certified complete and a maximum length not to exceed 10 years.
Payments for management practices are limited to no more than three years.
Participants who qualify as a member of Historically Underserved Group (Socially Disadvantaged, Limited Resource or Beginning Farmer may receive a payment equal to 90% of
the estimated average cost as reflected in the payment schedule. Conditions under notes apply to all participants.
Management practices applied with funding from the 2002 Farm Bill are not eligible for the same practice or the same tier on the same field, same chicken house, or similar
situation.

Participants agree to maintain conservation practices implemented with EQIP financial assistance for the practice life, which may exceed the length of the contract.

                                            Delaware FY-2009 EQIP Eligible Conservation Practices:                                May 4, 2009
EQIP contracts may not exceed a total of $300,000 of financial assistance for all payments through FY2014.
Contracts will have a minimum length of one year after the last practice is certified complete and a maximum length not to exceed 10 years.
Payments for management practices are limited to no more than three years.
Participants who qualify as a member of Historically Underserved Group (Socially Disadvantaged, Limited Resource or Beginning Farmer may receive a payment equal to 90% of
the estimated average cost as reflected in the payment schedule. Conditions under notes apply to all participants.
Management practices applied with funding from the 2002 Farm Bill are not eligible for the same practice or the same tier on the same field, same chicken house, or similar
situation.

Participants agree to maintain conservation practices implemented with EQIP financial assistance for the practice life, which may exceed the length of the contract.
