                  (1) On the basis of Provisional Measures on Administration of Primary and
                  Secondary Schools in Admitting Foreign Students (Ministry of Education, No.4,
                  1999), bringing foreign students into the school’s administration, treating them
                  the same as Chinese students, and providing good conditions and instructions to
                  students for their study, security and life.
                  (2) Providing the curriculums designated by the Ministry of Education and
                  possibly arranging Chinese language training for foreign students if necessary,
