Looking back over the five years of the E-Learning Awards existence reveals an exciting, dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This year, the Awards showcase the very best examples of work in the field. The winners detailed in this article represent a broad range of organizations -- from blue-chip multinationals to tiny specialist start-ups. This year saw a huge increase in entry level, almost 200 entries from 15 different countries across a wide range of activities. With inevitably higher quality submissions, this is the most competitive year ever. With standards so high, many categories have bronze, silver and gold awards for the first time.
