"Over the years, my grandchildren have called me up and said, 'Mamaw, I need a dinosaur outfit... tomorrow/ So I would stay up all night and sew a dinosaur outfit or an Elvis outfit. I just finished a Caroline doll for my little grandchild that lives in Florida. I didn't know what a Caroline doll was, but with her being in Florida I felt like I had to do it. I put together a Caroline doll based on the photograph she sent me and she sent me some fabric. I emailed her pictures as I laid the fabric out and cut the fabric and assembled the fabric as the doll came together so she could have the anticipation and finally, the finished results.""It is estremely hard (traveling and being away from home so much) especially when you're coming off of about four weeks like I am right now. There's only so much you can do with laptops and cell phones. you have to actually get back to the office once in a while to get some things accomplished. It's very demanding, but it's very enjoyable.""I was focused on a different area at that time, but I wouldn't say that I ha my dreams aside - it put me in a position to realize them in a different capaci Our goals and our dreams for ourselves evolve as we mature and realize succedi or have a chance to ponder some things that we might have done differently. I ? wouldn't say I have regrets, and I would definitely say there was a metamorphosis. Evolution would be the best term if I had one word to describe myself and my goals, the journey that I've had, and the path that I'm traveling."
