                                      AMENDED ORDER

                 IN RE: LIMITED REPRESENTATION PILOT PROJECT


         The Order in re: Limited Assistance Pilot Project issued on August 1, 2006, is hereby

amended by inserting after the sentence -- "The Project shall be implemented in the Hampden

and Suffolk Divisions of the Probate and Family Court Department for a period of eighteen

months, beginning November 1, 2006, unless otherwise ordered by the Court." -- a new sentence,

as follows: -

         The Project shall be implemented in the Norfolk Division of the Probate and Family

Court Department from September 1, 2007, to April 1, 2008, unless otherwise ordered by the

Court.
