Order Form for a Review of the Uniform CPA Examination
Candidates who wish to have the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) re-score one or more sections of their Uniform CPA Examination must complete this form and send it along with the appropriate fee to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) at the address indicated. All forms must be received no later than 60 days from the close of a testing window. You must include with this order form a certified check or money order payable to “NASBA” for the required fees per examination section: Auditing and Attestation (AUD) Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR) Regulation (REG) Business Environment and Concepts (BEC) $200 $200 $200 $150
Note: All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. Certified checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

Incomplete requests will not be processed. Please allow four to six weeks for processing. Results will be mailed or emailed directly by NASBA to the candidate and his or her state board of accountancy.
