January Dear Valued Customer The FEMA Form Standard Flood

January 9, 2009 Dear Valued Customer: The FEMA Form 81-93, Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF) expired on October 31, 2008. Today, FEMA published the updated form (http://www.fema.gov/business/nfip/sfhdform.shtm). The only change is the expiration date at the top and the date at the bottom of the form. Although FEMA has granted a six month grace period for implementation of the new form, LPS National Flood is using the updated form effective immediately.
